The Stand-Alone Video Analysis (SAVA) system is designed with simplicity in mind, so it is easy to use on your own.
During practice sessions, you'll be able to use the telestration tools to draw lines indicating your swing plane, put circles around your head to see how much vertical movement is occurring, and so on.
You can also compare your swing at the beginning of your practice session to the swing at the end of the session, so you can be sure that what you worked on indeed changed for the better.
If you want to take your recorded swings home, simply bring a USB thumb drive with you to your training session and upload the swings when you are finished.To see how to use the system, please feel free to watch the video tutorials.
